We know not everyone’s goal is to run 5 miles in 23 minutes, some of us just want to get out and run and keep the motivation high.  Select the type of runner you are below and we’ll come up with a great plan for you.

You purchase the 3-month plan based on what you’re looking for, we’ll email or call you to get more details — it’s that simple, let us do the work!  Each plan is personally customized to fit each individuals goals and circumstances.

I am a beginner – If you’re just starting out this plan is for you!  You just need some guidance, how much to run, how many times per week, etc.  You aren’t looking to be too competitive but you do enjoy running/walking/fitness and need someone to show you the ropes.  Just looking to get in running shape and enjoy it!

I am looking to Improve My Times – This plan is for those of you who are middle of the pack runners looking to move up.  You’re someone who has been running for a few years and you’re ready to buckle down and improve those times.  You want to know some good workouts and race strategies to get your personal-best times.

I am an Advanced Runner - This plan is for those of you who are looking to be competitive in any race you enter. Choose this plan if you’re someone who ran in college or high school and you really know what it takes to win a race.  You are looking to run faster than you ever have and compete with the best.
