		<description>I want to purchase one of the plans but I&#039;m not sure which one I need.  I&#039;m 43 and have run 2 marathons in 4 hours. I need to run one in 3 hours and 50 minutes to qualify for Boston. I&#039;ve tried to improve my speed on my own but seem to be stuck.  Can you help?
