I would like to try a pair of the 282 in a size 8.5.

Do you have this product and how much does it cost? What is your return policy if they don’t fit?
Also, I have a narrow heel. How doe these shoes fit in the heel?

Bummer on having to cancel the event today. Hopefully next week.

Do you by any chance have a course map for the 5K route? I may take the boys over to VCMS and ‘preview’ the area this afternoon anyway. I haven’t run at VCMS, perhaps the course will be obvious? Up the hill through the community gardens and then into the woods?

How do I sign up for the running club? You mention what the fees are and what comes with membership which convinced me to join but there is no info on how to.

I wear racing flats and a thicker pair of wicking socks. People however wear both trail shoes and road shoes. Its totally what feels good for you. I go for speed and the lighter the shoe the better. All depends if you plan on racing or just going out for s stroll.

This sounds like fun, as I’ve never snowshoeing. At risk of sounding like an idiot, what does one wear for footwear when snowshoe running? Regular running shoes or trail runners I’m assuming, but I might be way off base. Thanks!

It’s nice to have a running club/company so close to home. I look forward to your events in the near future. I am anticipating the short drive to Mancester instead of West Hartford!!
